We hate to see you go, but if you need to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:


> If you subscribed directly through www.jillianmichaels.com


1. Log-in to your account on jillianmichaels.com. This will take you directly to your Dashboard.

2. In the upper right corner, click on the Profile icon

3. Click on Account > then Subscription drop down.

4. Hit the Cancel Subscription button to end your subscription.


> If you subscribed directly through the App Store for iOS, you’ll need to cancel through your iTunes account


1. Go to your phone Settings > iTunes & App Store.

2. Tap your Apple ID.

3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.

4. Tap Subscriptions.

5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.

6. Tap Cancel Subscription.


(Note: Per Apple's cancellation policy, your membership might renew if you don't cancel your subscription more than 24 hours before your renewal date.)


> If you subscribed directly through the Google Play Store for Android, you'll need to cancel through the Google Play Store app - 


1. Open the Google Play Store on your device Play Store

2. Tap Menu Menuand thenAccountand thenSubscriptions.

3. Find the subscription you want to cancel. 

4. Tap Cancel
