If you subscribed through www.jillianmichaels.com:

Please email help@jillianmichaels.com to change your subscription. Make sure to include the email address tied to your subscription account and we'll be sure to assist you right away. 

If you subscribed through your iTunes account:

On your iPhone,

1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.

2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. 

3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.

4. Tap Subscriptions > My Fitness by Jillian Michaels

5. Under Options, tap the subscription plan you want.

If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:

On your Android phone, 

1. Open the Google Play Store Play Store

2. Tap Menu Menuand thenSubscriptions.

3. Tap My Fitness by Jillian Michaels

4. If a different subscription plan is available, you will see a "Change subscription" screen that outlines the details of your current plan and the new plan. After changing subscriptions, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details.

5. If you do not see different subscription plans, you can contact Google Play to assist you, or Cancel and then purchase a new plan of your choice.
