To access your Dashboard follow the steps by signing in through our website.


1. Login to www.jillianmichaels.com with your registration email and password. 

2. Select "Dashboard"

.3. Dashboard>  will take you to your Day centralizing your info. You'll find the main page contains Progress, Meals, Settings, and the subs tabs your Meal Plan, Groceries, Recipe, and Settings.

5. Click on each tab for information or to make changes.

Tap on the "Settings" tab to make adjustments on your Profile, Meal Preferences (Days, Meals, Shopping days, Food restrictions, etc.) Change Meal Plan or Reset Meal Plan.
