The meal plan automatically creates a weekly grocery list for you and it swaps out ingredients if you change your recipes. It's in the Grocery tab in the app and if you prefer printing your grocery list, you can do so by going to your dashboard at dashboard.jillianmichaels.com. 


Print any list you want on the dashboard. Go here: https://dashboard.jillianmichaels.com/, hit the grocery tab and arrow forward to the week you want.


For this, you'll need to:  

  1. Sign in through www.jillianmichaels.com
  2. Click on Dashboard
  3. Meals
  4. Groceries
  5. Download list
