The meal plan automatically creates a weekly grocery list for you and it swaps out ingredients if you change your recipes. Make sure to make all the needed changes before printing your list.
The Grocery list is available in the app and website dashboard. If you prefer printing your grocery list, you can do so by going to your dashboard at www.jillianmichaels.com.
Print any list you want on the dashboard. Go here: https://dashboard.jillianmichaels.com/, hit the grocery tab, and arrow forward to the week you want.
For this, you'll need to:
- Sign in through www.jillianmichaels.com using the registration email and password.
- Click on Dashboard
- Download list
