To access your Dashboard start by logging into the website.: https://www.jillianmichaels.com Tap the Login button and add your registration email and password. I've included a step-by-step for you below with screenshots as guidance.

1.  www.jillianmichaels.com - Log in using your registration email and password. Once logged in, the Dashboard will be available including; Daily meal info, Progress, Meal plan, and Settings. 

2. You can also select Dashboard by tapping the icon on the left side of the screen: 

Tap on the "Settings" tab to make adjustments to your Profile, Meal Preferences (Days, Meals, Shopping Day, Food restrictions, etc.) Change Meal Plan or Reset Meal Plan.
