Swapping Exercises:
1. Select your workout program - For instance, Fitness for Beginners.

2. Before starting your workout:

    A. Select the exercise you want to swap. Get a quick preview of the exercises by playing the short clip. (Tap triangle)

    B. Tap on the swap gear as indicated in the below screenshot.

3. Select from the available exercises 


4. System advising of the changes (appears the first time only)
