Adjusting time between exercises:
You can adjust the time between workouts which will also adjust the length of the overall workout by following the below steps.
Instructions >hit the symbol in the upper right during your workout to open the side panel and you'll see the slider at the bottom of the screen.
Instructions >hit the stopwatch symbol on the lower right side of the screen during your workout. See the below screenshots. Adjust to the preferred time. Save.
