(iOS platform) In-app steps:


1. Click the Me profile icon at the bottom of the screen.

2. Tap the Settings gear in the upper right-hand of the screen. 

3. Click on Meal Plan Settings (under your name).

4. Scroll down to "Which meal will you eat on plan" and select the days of the week you want to eat a meal following the meal plan. A checkmark will confirm your selection. 



(Android platform) In-app steps:



1. Click the Meals tab at the bottom of the screen.

2. Tap>Info and Options banner.

3. Click the Settings gear on the right-hand side of the screen.

4. Scroll down to "Which days will you eat on plan".

5. Select the days then tap Save at the bottom of the screen.
