There are two ways of restoring subscriptions purchased through Google Play.
** Login using the same Google Play account (email) used to purchase the subscription.
Option 1:
To restore purchases on Android
Option 1.
- First of all, delete the app from your device.
- Tap Settings on your device.
- Download the app and tap Options > Restore purchases.
- Confirm your password if necessary.
Get back to the clips screen and tap icons to download
Option 2. In-app:
- Log into the app using your email and password. - Log in with your email (the same email used to purchase) or create an account if you did not create one.
- Tap the Gear located in the upper right-hand corner
- Scroll down to help and Support Resources
- Have an existing subscription
- Tap Restore your past purchases
- Follow the prompts
