What to do:
1) Download the app.
2) When you open the app, tap on Login (do not tap on New User after purchasing a subscription.)
3) Enter your email address and password.
Let's get you started! Click on the "Me" tab here you'll find your daily information:
- My Day profile - Workout program based on your goal(s), Tip of the day, Schedule Your Workout, your Meals, and Log something else.
- My Journey profile - access your Workout History, Progress pics, Weight tracker, and Badges.
My Journey tab is on the right next to the My Day tab. See the yellow highlight on the screenshot. Click on your workout to get started. :)

You'll find additional programs by clicking on the Workouts tab on the bottom banner. The "For You" tab is where you will find suggestions based on your goal(s). No more wondering what program to do next. :) You'll find recommendations in several categories including Interactive Programs, DVD library, Audio workouts, and more.
Next check out the Browse and the Workout Generator (see the purple and yellow tab highlighted in the below screenshot).

- Generator - Create your workout-based length, intensity, and body focus.
