What to do:

1) Download the app.

> If you have an Android, download it here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.emdigital.jillianmichaels&hl=en

2) When you open the app, tap on Login (do not tap on New User after purchasing a subscription.)
3) Enter your email address and password used when creating the account..

After you've created the account and selected your subscription, you will be guided through a process of questions to help set up your preferences and create program suggestions based on the information provided. 

 Let's get you started!  Now that you have activated the subscription, the next step of question prompts will set your profile and preferences, based on your selections, which will provide program suggestions on your My Day and For You tabs including your selected meal plan. Once done, it will direct you to your dashboard. 


 "Me" tab. Here you'll find your daily information. 
  •  My Day - Workout programs based on your goal(s), Tip of the day, Schedule Your Workout, your Meals, and Log something else. 
  •  My Journey - access your Workout History, Progress pics, Weight tracker, and Badges.

When you're ready to start your session, tap on the program or select a new program from the Workout tab, let's gooo!  :)

The "For You" tab is where you will find suggestions based on your goal(s).  No more wondering what program to do next. :)  You'll see recommendations in several categories, including Interactive Programs, DVD library, Audio workouts, and more

Next, check out the Browse and the Workout Generator tabs(see the purple and yellow tab highlighted in the screenshot below).screenshot below
  • Browse through all the available programs based on their category, including 7-minute circuits, Interactive programs, DVD Library, Audio Workouts, First Timer, Walk/Jog/Run, Resistance Training, Weight Training, Yoga, Kickboxing, Kettlebell, Booty Band, Slides, Cardio, Treadmill, Stair mill, Meditations, Prenatal, and Postnatal. 
  • Generator - Create your workout-based length, intensity, and body focus.
