1. Log in to your account on jillianmichaels.com.
2. In the upper right corner, click on the Profile icon.
3. Click on Account > then Billing dropdown.
4. Enter your new credit card number and hit Save.
*Note: If you are outside of the U.S., make sure to click on the "Outside of the U.S.? Click here link to fill out the necessary billing info."
If you subscribed through your Apple, selected Apple to manage your subscription billing (receipt from Apple) :
On your iPhone,
1. Go to your phone Settings > tap on [your name] > Apple Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
4. Tap Payment & Shipping.
5. Tap any payment method to change its information.
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store, selected Google Play to manage your subscription billing (receipt from Google Play) :
On your Android phone,
1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Tap MenuAccount > Payment Methods
4. Find the subscription you want to update.
5. Tap Update.
If you subscribed by selecting PayPal to manage your subscription billing (receipt from PayPal) :
PayPal Cancellation steps:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click Profile (the gear icon) on the top right corner of the page.
3. Click Pre-approved payments under "Payment settings".
