If you subscribed through our website www.jillianmichaels.com:


Please contact our Customer Support team at help@jillianmichaels.com to change your subscription. Make sure to include the email address tied to your subscription account and we'll be sure to assist you right away. 



If you subscribed through your Apple account:


On your iPhone,

1. Go to Settings > [your name] Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

2. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.

3. Tap Subscriptions > The Fitness App 

4. Under Options, tap the subscription plan you want. 


*After subscription cancellation Apple will allow you to select a new subscription.


If you subscribed through the Google Play Store:


On your Android phone, 

1. Open the Google Play Store Play Store

2. Tap Menu Menuand thenSubscriptions.

3. Tap The Fitness App 

4. If a different subscription plan is available, you will see a "Change subscription" screen that outlines the details of your current plan and the new plan. After changing subscriptions, you'll receive a confirmation email with the details.

5. If you do not see different subscription plans, you can contact Google Play to assist you, or Cancel and then purchase a new plan of your choice.
