Yes! To access your Dashboard follow the below steps by signing in through our website.


1. Log into www.jillianmichaels.com with your registration email and password. 

2. Select "Dashboard"

.3. Dashboard>  will take you to your Day centralizing your info. You'll find the main page contains Progress, Meals, Settings, and the subs tabs your Meal Plan, Groceries, Recipe, Printing grocery list, and Settings.

5. Click on each tab for information or to make changes.

Click the "Settings" tab to make adjustments to your Profile, Meal Preferences (Days, Meals, Shopping days, Food restrictions, etc.) Change Meal Plan or Reset Meal Plan.
