Just want to view the meal plans and don't have an account no worries, tap the New User button which allows you to view the meal plans. (Not Login)


While logged into the app follow the below steps: (using your email address and password). 


1. Tap on the Meals tab.

2. Click on the Meal Plan highlighted on the banner ie. Paleo / Gluten-Free (Info and Options)

3. A new window will open. Tap the Settings gear located across the meal plan name.

4. A new window will open - Select Meal Plan here you will be able to select a different meal plan by scrolling through the available options. The current Meal Plan selected will have a checkmark.

5. Select by tapping a different meal plan, you will then see the "Are you sure? prompt to confirm the selection click "OK". You're set!

6. Next, review your daily meals, and make the needed adjustments by swapping out the meals. Then, once you're finished head over to print your grocery list by logging into the website using your email address and password. 


I don't have my phone with me, how do I change my meal plan?


1. Sign in www.jillianmichaels.com using your registration email and password.

2. Click Dashboard

3. Settings

4. Scroll down to Meal Plan selection

5. Scroll through the available meal plans

6. Your current meal plan will be highlighted with a checkmark. 

7. Save. You're set!

8.  Next, review your daily meals, and make the needed adjustments by swapping out the meals. Then print your grocery list, after all the needed changes have been done.
